Jet lag is a bitch.
Despite getting an early night in an attempt to catch up on some sleep, the plan massively backfired when I woke up at 2am and couldn't get back to sleep. After faffing about on the laptop for a while, I eventually managed to get back to sleep.
The plan is to do quite a bit of running when I'm travelling now, and I kicked things off today with a 5 mile run along the river. I really like that most of the Australian cities I've visited have great running routes, with dedicated running/cycling tracks. I felt pretty good by the end, I'll wait to see how much I ache tomorrow morning!
